Cititel Penang


We started our stay cation in this hotel named Cititel Penang since last Thursday and probably going back Singapore this coming Wednesday evening. The plan is not fix yet as we are still pending for hubby to rearrange his rather messy schedule.

Anyway I am blogging about this hotel due to its excellent customer service rendered by almost all levels of staff.

We have never failed to be greeted with a big warm smile from staff starting from security guards, bell boys, concierge, and even the housekeeping peeps!

They are simply incredible taking their job to the highest point of satisfaction. Meeting these people simply make my days happier as we goes...

Olinda was way over pampered by them! She never failed to be surprised with candy each time she playing around in the lobby area.

Seeing her so happy and the generosity of the staff, it just make our day even happier.

I would like to shout out to all of you working in Cititel Penang! "You guys are AWESOME!!"
