Chocolate Roulade


It's my 1st attempt baking using new oven at home. =D And it all taken place during our 3rd year wedding anniversary.

I have applied for leave on 22.2.11 as I wanted to have some time doing something special waiting for dear when he is back home after work.

And I decided I shall bake! =D

It was pretty challenging using the Kitchenaid Mixer for the 1st time as it was real heavy! And trying to figure out the oven function and I am just glad everything worked out well.

Tasted the Chocolate Roulade and the texture of the swiss roll sponge taste good with strong cocoa aroma.

I am happy with my 1st attempt and hope I will be able to come out with much improved baking skills and process. It was rather a clumsy process alone at home... haha
